activities for your School Incursions. Effective, entertaining and above all cost-efficient, capoeira is a great activity
that can be undertaken by any nuumber of students in a variety of ways.
Covering capoeira's history (when the African slaves first practiced capoeira in the cane fileds of Brazil) through
its musical roots (with drumming, instruments and singing integral to its energy) to the physical nature ... we provide
a solid, balanced representation of capoeira both culturally and physically.

Formado Grão has a long history of working with children and youth - both here in Australia and back in Brazil
